慢性肾衰患者的中医临床探讨

Clinical study on treating chronic renal failure in TCM

目的：探讨慢性肾衰患者的中医临床理疗。方法：选取本院42例慢性。肾衰患者，42例病例分别应用辨证护理、中药服用、中药灌肠等中医方法，综合分析各种中医临床护理方法的总有效率和实际效果。结果：42例病例均达到预期的临床护理效果，并全部顺利出院。结论：中医临床护理方法对于慢性肾衰患者的辅助治疗及康复均具有较为理想的效果。

Objective： To investigate the clinical physiotherapy of patients with chronic renal failure in TCM. Methods： 42 patients with chronic renal failure patients were respectively apply nursing in differentiation, TCM and lavation. To analyze the total effective rate ang effects of clinical nursing. Results： 42 cases reached to the desired effect, and all of them were discharged. Conclusion： Treating chronic renal failure in TCM clinical nursing have more satisfactory results.
