海西建设中的省部合作现状与对策探讨

省部合作是国家与地方在推进经济社会发展中形成的创造性举措,也是国家与地方合力推进区域经济发展新的互动机制。在分析海西建设中省部合作发展现状与存在问题的基础上,围绕自主创新、两岸合作、城乡统筹等关键问题,探讨了推进省部合作的主要任务,提出要通过加强组织领导、拓宽和优化合作领域、健全合作机制、创新合作形式等方式推进省部合作,加快海峡西岸经济区建设。

The province and ministry cooperation is a creative measure proposed by the central and local government to promote the economic and social development,and it is also a new interactive mechanism proposed for promoting the development of regional economic.Based on the status of the province and ministry cooperation of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits,tasks to reinforce the province and ministry cooperation are put forward,mainly including independent innovation,cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and urban-rural integrated development.Meanwhile,it is suggested to enhance province and ministry cooperation by means of strengthening organization and leadership,widening and optimizing cooperative fields,perfecting cooperation mechanism and innovating cooperative form,thus accelerating the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits.
