主导产业型城镇新市民社区教育探讨——基于福建省德化县城区的调查

The research on the new citizen community education of leading-industry-typed towns——based on a survey of Dehua County's urban district of Fujian Province

基于对德化县城区新市民社区教育的调研分析,提出主导产业型城镇开展好社区教育的策略建议:(1)建立主导产业引导下的技能培训体系;(2)以社区居民为师资主体;(3)实施区校联动,为主导产业发展服务;(4)发挥政府的主导作用和企业的主动性;(5)加强新市民社区意识的培养等。

Based on the survey of new citizens community education in Dehua urban area,the measures to develop community education in the leading-industry-typed towns are proposed.（1）Build a skill training system under the guidance of the leading industry.（2）Appoint the citizens in communities as the instructors.（3）Implement community-school cooperation to serve the development of leading industry.（4）Give full play to the government＇s leading role and the enterprises′activeness.（5）Strengthen the cultivation of the new citizens′ community awareness.
