古田县社区教育发展状况的调查与思考

Investigation and pondering of community education in Gutian County

在调查古田县社区教育发展状况的基础上,分析了居民性别、年龄、文化程度等对社区教育的影响,进而提出古田县进一步开展好社区教育的思路:(1)开展有针对性的社区教育活动;(2)加强技能培训活动的开展;(3)丰富社区教育活动形式;(4)提高社区教育的社会知晓度;(5)建立社区教育长效机制等。

Based on a survey of the status of community education development in Gutian County,the effects of residents′ genders,ages,and degrees of education on community education are analyzed.Accordingly the approach to develop community education in Gutian County is proposed.（1）Develop the community educational activity that has specific aims.（2）Carry out skill training activities.（3）Diversify community education activities.（4）Raise the social awareness of community education.（5）Establish a long-effect mechanism for community education.
