海南省黎族居民弓形虫感染情况调查

A SURVEY ON TOXOPLASMA INFECTION OF LI NATIONALITY IN HAINAN PROVINCE

为了解我省黎族居民弓形虫感染情况和流行特征，采用间接红细胞凝集试验（IHA）对保亭、通什、昌江三县市部分黎族居民进行了弓形虫抗体调查，共调查856人．结果抗体阳性31人．阳性率3．62％。调查结果表明．黎族居民弓形虫感染比较严益，应当引起重视。

To obtain Li nationality the infecti ous status and epidemiological features of Toxoplasma in Hainan Province, a serological survey on human Toxoplasma infection was conducted using indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) in Baoting,Tongzha and cangjian counties of Hainan Province.A total of 856 samples of human sera were collected and examined with IHA, the result showed 31 (3 .62 % ) Positive cases. The study suggested that the higer infection rate of Toxoplasma existed among Li nationality residents, we must pay adequate attention to the situation.
