摘要
采用问卷、访谈调查的方法,就体育教师的职业压力问题,对广东省部分高校体育教师、专家学者进行了调查.结果显示:目前广东省高校体育教师的职业压力处于中等偏强水平,其原因主要是高校教师工作的业绩评审与考量制度设计缺陷,传统价值观念对体育教师劳动价值贬损和体育教学资源配置不足.据此提出完善高校教师专业技术职务的评审机制,提升人民群众的体育文化素养,优化体育教学资源配置以及加强教师自我调适,促进教师心理健康等对策以缓解高校体育教师的职业压力.
By using the method of questionnaires and interviews to the university P.E.teachers in Guang-dong Province,the occupation pressure is investigated.The results show that the occupation pressure among university P.E.teachers in Guangdong Province experiences in slanting strong medium level,the main causes of which lie in the defects of the university teachers’ achievement measuring and evaluating system,the tradi-tional value denounce to the P.E.teachers and the efficiency of teaching equipments.It’s proposed that the appraisement mechanism of P.E.teachers’ profession technique should be perfected,that the people’s cultur-al accomplishment should be promoted,and that the P.E.teaching resources should be optimized.
