Protection of farmers' land rights and deepening of the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan

从利益关系视角出发,认为利益是合作的根本基础,在深入剖析闽台农业合作中的农民土地权益保护问题的基础上,指出农民土地权益保护是深化闽台农业合作的迫切要求,强调新时期下适时转变合作模式与发展思路、在新的层面上找寻利益交汇点是保护农民土地权益、深化闽台农业合作的关键。

This paper takes interest as the starting point and believes that interest is the base of cooperation.Based on analysis of the problem of farmers＇ land rights protection during agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,it is held that farmers＇ land rights protection is the urgent demand in deepening agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,and emphasized that transforming cooperation modes and development approaches,and searching for the common interest at a higher level is the key in protecting farmers＇ land rights and deepening agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
