摘要
按照中国国情,对高校突发性事件应对策略进行了探讨,并采用基于GPRS MODEM的彩信技术、GSM MODEM的短信技术和电话群呼技术,开发了"高校突发性事件应急指挥系统",能够按应急预案发出人员指挥指令,避免人为失误,有助于控制危机,降低损失。
The emergency strategies of unexpected events in colleges and universities are discussed according to the Chinese current situation.The emergency and command system of unexpected events in colleges has been exploited based on GPRS MODEM multimedia and text messages,as well as group-call telephone.The emergency and command system could deliver rescue instructions following emergency plan,which avoid the expenditure for operators and helps to control emergencies.
