油档积碳引起汽轮机转子振动异常分析和处理

Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Vibration of Steam Turbine Rotor Caused by Carbon Deposition of Oil Baffle

介绍了广西某发电公司2号机组汽轮机轴系振动间歇式波动的故障特征、处理措施及其分析过程,指出了油垢碳化后的油档与汽轮机转子碰磨是造成该机组轴系振动异常的主要原因,对油档碳化油垢清除后轴系振动正常。给出该类型机组振动问题处理方法。

Fault characteristics, treatment measures and analysis procedure of steam turbine intermissive shafting vibration of＇ No.2 generator unit of a power plant in Guangxi are introduced. It is pointed out that the rub between oil baffle which has carbonized oil sludge and steam turbine rotor is the main reason which causes the abnormal vibration. After the cleaning of carbonized oil sludge the shafting vibration becomes normal. Methods to treat with this kind of generator vibration problem are given.
