化学去细胞异体全面神经移植的再生差异性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较化学去细胞异体全面神经移植后神经分支再生的差异。方法:异体全面神经修复家兔全面神经缺损,术后6个月行颧支、上颊支神经电生理检测,并取移植段支中段3mm组织行组织学检测。结果:术后6个月家兔面形已经基本对称,瞬目反射阳性,闭眼完全。移植侧颧支、上颊支传导速度分别为23.95±4.83m/s及50.63±3.28m/s,二者相比有显著性差异,且均与健侧接近。移植中段上颊支和耳睑支均有再生纤维,再生轴突数以上颊支最多。结论:去细胞异体面神经作为再生通道可诱导轴突向各个分支长入,但上颊支再生引导能力较强。 Objective:To compare the regeneration variance of different branches after chemically acellular allografts.Methods:The facial nerve defect was repaired by acellular nerve allografts by epineural suture,then electrophy-siological test was used to evaluate conductivity in the orbicularis oris and oculi,and three millimeter tissue in the centre of the grafts were harvested to undergo histological observation after six months.Results:The facial muscles of the experimental rabbits got bilateral symmetry,the blink reflex was masculine,the eyes were closed completely.The conduction velocity of the zygomatic branch and superior buccal branch on implantating side was(23.95± 4.83)m/s and(50.63± 3.28)m/s respectively.There was significant difference between them.The regenerated fibers were found in the branches and the number of regenerating axons in superior buccal branch was more than in nerve auriculopalpebralis.Conclusion:The acellular allograft is a guide for regeneration which can induce the axons grow to the branches,while the inducing ability of superior buccal branch are better than nerve auriculopalpebralis.
