摘要
目的:对经保守治疗无效的老年人慢性复发性腮腺炎进行腮腺切除,探讨手术治疗的优劣及注意事项。方法:对24例老年人慢性复发性腮腺炎患者进行腮腺切除术,综合评价治疗效果。结果:所有患者均达到治愈,无严重并发症,病人满意率高。结论:对经保守治疗无效的老年人慢性复发性腮腺炎进行腮腺切除术效果良好。
Objective：To analyze operation treatment for aged chronic recurrent parotitis that were ineffective by expectant treatment.Methods：24 aged patients of chronic recurrent parotitis were performed parotidectomy,they were follow-up to observe the treatment result.Results：All patients were curing,no severe complication.Conclusion：Operation treatment for aged chronic recurrent parotitis is an effective methods for those ineffective by expectant treatment.
