程序正义是社会主义法治建设的灵魂,也是人类社会文明的永恒追求,实践证明,摒弃程序正义,实体正义也会受到影响。程序与实体并重,甚至程序优先才是我国当前司法改革的重点,也是我国和谐法治建设的应有之义。

The procedure justice is the construction soul of the socialist government by law,is also the eternal pursue of the human society civilization,the practice proved that the rejection of procedure just,will bring the entity just under the influence.The procedure and the entity should be payed equal attention,even the procedure first is the key point in current judicial reform of our country,which is also righteousness harmonious government by law construction of our country should have.
