Being two types of society and culture,the country and city form a world that not only are contradictory but also complement.Xiao Hong,a strong lady,who are from Northeast black soil,and Zhang Ailing,a talented woman from flourishing Shanghai.They composed an inspirational tragic symphony by expressing their own unique views respectively to reflect the women＇s lamentable fate and living condition in feudal period.
