Summary To improve the quality for the purpose to cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability to focus on the new basic education curriculum fully implement the national education policy,emphasize the development of student ability for lifelong learning.Based education and training of qualified teachers is higher in the normal professional priority,therefore,actively pursue teaching reform of teacher education is particularly urgent,such reform should be combined with the stage of secondary education system in the new curriculum reform.Integrate the teaching of history is imperative to achieve the Higher Normal School and secondary education.
