解剖变异和针灸穴位之理论探讨

Discussing about Variation of Anatomy and Acupoints

笔者近年来注意到某些解剖变异与针灸穴位定位越来越为针灸临床所重视。在临床上某些穴位取穴不准和无法取穴甚至伤及脏器均与其解剖变异有关。本文对眶上孔、骶后孔、胸骨孔、剑突孔、掌长肌变异缺如和其相关的攒竹、八髎、膻中、玉堂、中庭、鸩尾、间使、内关穴位的定位等进行讨论。

In recent years, the authors have noticed that the variation of some anatomic sites and the location of corresponding acupoints are being paid more and more attention in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion. In clinical treatment, faulty location of some acupoints, failure in location these points, or even injury of adjoining organs are all closely related to the variation of the anatomic sites. The current report gives a more detailed discussion on some anatomic sites, such as supraorbital foramen, posterior sacral foramen, sternal foramen, xiphoid foramen, long palmar muscle variation or lacking and the location of related Cuanzhu(BL 2), Baliao(eight points in all), Tanzhong(RN 17), Yutang(RN 18), Zhongting(RN 16), Jiuwei(RN 15 ), Jianshi(PC 5) and Neiguan(PC 6).
