摘要
中国的廉政文化历史悠久,具有政治伦理和价值理念的属性,是中国共产党执政文化中不可缺少的部分,加强廉政文化建设,把握好廉政文化传播的科学战略途径,对提高党的执政能力和巩固党的执政基础具有基础性意义。
China＇s culture of clean government has a long history with the nature of political ethic and value concept.It is not only an indispensable part in Chinese communist party＇s govemmance, but also an important part of affecting other parts of the world and expressing the Soft Power in China. strengthening the cultural construction of clean government and grasping the scientific strategy of its dissemination has important foundational significance of enhancing CPC＇s governing capacity and consolidating its ruling foundation.
