On Social Justice and Its Realization from the Perspective of Harmonious Society

社会公正以现实的生活和具体制度为依托,是社会和谐的基本条件,是人类共同的价值追求,也是一种价值共识。在改革开放取得重大进展、经济体制改革稳步推进的关键历史时期,深刻理解新形势下社会公正的内涵,依法逐步建立以实现权利公平、机会公平、规则公平、分配公平为主要目标的社会公平保障体系,对贯彻落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。

Social justice is the basic criteria of social harmony and the value which human pursuit unremittingly. At the same time, it is also a kind of consensus of value, which relies on the realistic ethical life and specific system. In the period that significant progress is made in reform and opening-up and socialist market economy is pushed forward steadily, it has special important value of theories and realistic significance to implement the scientific concept of development and construct the harmonious society that understanding the connotation of social justice deeply in new situation and establishing a social security system on fair gradually in accordance with the law, which contains the key contents of right equality, opportunities equality, regulations equality and assignment equality.
