销售人员的敬业度及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 在企业竞争过程中,员工的敬业度逐渐成为企业的核心竞争力,它对于提高企业的绩效有直接影响。文章以销售人员为研究对象,从销售工作的特点出发,发现影响销售人员敬业度的主要因素是个体特征、工作的认可和成就感、人际关系、工资待遇和福利、个人职业发展和工作内容等。
