摘要 总结近年国内外肉牛的饲料营养研究成果,分别从肉牛的粗饲料开发利用、营养需要、瘤胃调控机制以及饲料添加剂四个方面论述了青年肉牛饲料营养领域的研究进展。 The recent research and development were reviewed in the fields of feed and nutrition of beef cattle.Four aspects were described in exploitation and utilization of roughage,nutritional requirement,regulatory mechanism of rumen and feed additives.
