在充分调查的基础上,对甘州区奶业生产基本情况有了全面系统认识,对存在的问题进行了分析,并从加快标准化养殖规模创办新型合作组织,加强法制和市场监管角度提出了建议。
Based on the full investigation,it had a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the basic situation of dairy industry,and it analyzed the existed problems and proposed suggestions form the aspects of founding a new cooperation organization based on the accelerating the standardized scale farming,strengthening the rule of law and market regulation.
