高压氧联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF CLINICAL EFFECTS OF HYPERBARIC OXYGEN COMBINED WITH SOMATOSTATIN IN THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS

目的观察高压氧联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法将2008年6月至2010年2月前来我院就诊的72例急性胰腺炎患者分为两组。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用生长抑素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果治疗组的症状体征消失时间、淀粉酶恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床上应用高压氧联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎可缩短病程,促进疾病恢复。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods Seventy-two cases of acute pancreatitis patients enrolled from June 2008 to February 2010 were divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group.The Control group were treated based on routine treatment combined with somatostatin,while the treatment group were,based on the control group,combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Results There are significant differences between the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.05）,as in the former group it took shorter period of time for the symptoms to disappear,the amylase to recover and the patients to be discharged.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with somatostatin may shorten the course and promote recovery of the acute pancreatitis patients.
