产房助产工作量化管理效果分析

EFFECT OF DELIVERY ROOM MANAGEMENT OF MIDWIFERY QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS

目的探讨量化管理对助产工作质量的影响。方法将助产工作质量的内容进行界定,制定相应的量化管理标准,并量化积分。把实施量化管理后即2007年7月~2008年12月在我院分娩的3 570例产妇分为观察组,把实施量化管理前即2006年1月~2007年6月在我院分娩的3 506例产妇作为对照组,对助产工作质量作比较分析。结果实施量化管理后,助产工作各项质量指标均有明显提高,剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、产后出血率明显降低。产程明显缩短,社会满意度明显提高。结论助产工作实施量化管理是提高助产工作质量的有效方法。

Objective To quantify the quality of management of midwifery.Methods Midwifery to define the content of the quality of work to develop appropriate quantitative management standards,and quantify points.After the implementation of the Quantitative Management in July 2007～December 2008 in our hospital from 3 570 cases of birth mothers divided into two groups,ie before the implementation of quantitative management in January 2006～June 2007 in our hospital from 3506 cases of birthmothers as a control group for comparison of the quality of the work of midwifery.Results After the implementation of quantitative management,midwifery and the quality indicators were significantly higher cesarean section rate,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage was significantly reduced.Of labor was shortened,the community satisfaction has improved significantly.Conclusion Midwifery the quantitative management is to improve the quality of midwifery effective way.
