健康教育路径对老年COPD患者焦虑抑郁情绪的疗效观察

HEALTH EDUCATION PATH ON ELDERLY COPD PATIENTS WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION EFFICACY

目的探讨健康教育路径对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响,以最大程度地促进患者康复。方法将98例老年COPD随机分为干预组与对照组,干预组通过系统健康评估,设计健康教育路径表,应用路径表对患者实行健康教育计划;对照组采用常规护理。结果治疗2周后,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,两组治疗后与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.01),干预组比较对照组下降更加明显(P<0.01)。结论健康教育路径可明显提高老年COPD患者心理健康水平,减轻焦虑、抑郁症状,改变不良生活习惯,减少并发症的发生,增进了健康,促进早日康复。

Objective To study the effects of health education path on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patients with anxiety and depression to maximize recovery for patients.Methods 98 elderly patients with COPD were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,intervention by the system health assessment,health education path table design,application path table implementation of health education programs for patients;the control group using general care.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,using self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression scale（SDS） score,the two groups before and after treatment were significantly lower（P〈0.01）,the intervention group decreased more than control group significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Health education path can improve the elderly COPD patients with mental health,anxiety,depression,change bad habits,reduce complications,improve health and promote recovery.
