校本文化元素在大学生成长中的作用探析——以浙江省湖州职业技术学院为例

Function of School-based Cultural Elements in the Growth of College Students——Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

校本文化构建是一个多层次、全方位的系统工程。只有明晰校本文化构建的内容，把握校本文化构建的规律性，潜心构建校本文化，才能打造出独具特色的文化校园。本文以湖州职业技术学院为例，深入分析了校训、学校精神、校歌和校标等校本文化元素的成因、特点和作用，提出了凝聚大学精神、推动校本文化建设的原则和方向。

The construction of school-based culture is a multi-level, comprehensive system engineering. We must clearly understand its content and regularity in order to create characteristic cultural campus. Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example, the paper analyzes the origin, characteristics and function of school-based cultural elements, and points out the principle and direction of the school-based cultural construction.
