摘要
本文以人力资源管理原理和薪酬激励理论为指导,根据调查结果,研究教师内在薪酬激励问题.提出高职院校人事分配制度改革中教师内在薪酬激励对策建议。
Guided by the theories of human resource management and compensation motivation, the paper discusses intrinsic compensation motivation on the basis of an investigation and then puts forward relevant countermeasures in the reform of personnel and distribution system.
