评价中心效度的研究进展

摘要 随着组织对选才工作重视程度的不断提高,评价中心技术作为一种评价、选拔和培训管理人员尤其是中高级管理人员的综合性测评方法,正在企事业单位的人力资源管理工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本综述的对象就是评价中心效度研究的成果,写作目的有二:一为对前人的研究成果进行提炼和总结,使后人尽可能全面而快捷地掌握相关研究的脉络,二为提出一些未来可能的研究方向。
