摘要
目的建立五仁醇胶囊中五味子乙素含量测定的HPLC方法,控制五仁醇胶囊的质量。方法采用HPLC法,选用C18柱,以甲醇:水(体积比75:25)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果五味子乙素在0.01～0.40mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为98.6%(RSD为1.5%,n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,可用于五仁醇胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for quantification of r-schisandrin in Wurenchun capsules by HPLC,control for quality of Wurenchun capsule.Methods HPLCchromatography was conducted with a C18 column,methanol：Water（75：25） as a mobile phase,UV detection at 254 nm.Results r-Schisandrin was linear in the range of 0.01～0.40 mg/ml（r=0.9999）,and the average recovery was 98.6%（RSD=1.5%,n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate andreliable.
