摘要
人口红利与经济成长、与"刘易斯拐点"之间的"两个正相关性",使得高职教育的持续的大发展正面临着瞄准新生代农民工进行人口红利二次开发的新的历史选择。高职教育的培训教育是更着眼于中长期的、"能力本位"的发展式培训;其学历教育是高职院校区分于各类培训组织和本科高校的特色或优势所在;其引导教育则大大滞后,亟待以心理教育为突破口"突围"。
