摘要
我国自20世纪80年代以来,对发达国家能力本位人才培养模式做了大量的推介、研究、探索和创新工作。在此背景下,对我国职业教育人才培养模式本土化的实践变式进行分析并提出能力本位人才培养模式的构想与未来的发展趋势,从而对我国职业教育教学改革提供参考。
Since the 1980s, based on competence-based vocational education training model of developed countries, we have done a lot of promotion, research, exploration and innovation. In this context, analysis of practice variations of Chinese vocational education and training mode localization, proposal of standard personnel training mode of conception and future development trends and thus to provide reference on the teaching reform of vocational education in China.
