舒适护理对改善腹部术后患者睡眠质量影响

Effect of comfortable nursing care on improving sleeping quality of the patients after abdominal surgery

目的:探讨舒适护理对改善腹部术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:将405例腹部择期手术患者随机分为实验组203例和对照组202例,实验组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规护理。于术后第5天用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对两组患者睡眠质量进行评价。结果:两组术后5 d PSQI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组术后较术前PSQI部分因子及总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理对减少腹部术后患者的睡眠障碍具有显著的干预作用。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing care on improving sleeping quality of patients after abdominal surgery. Methods ： 405 patients with selective abdominal surgery were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 203 ） and control group （ n = 202 ）. The comfortable and routine nursing care was respectively applied to the experimental group and control group. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire （ PSQI） was used to evaluate the quality of sleep of the patients in both groups on the 5th day after the operation. Results： There were statistically significant difference in the comparison of the postoperative scores of PSQI between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the significant differences were also found in the comparison of partial factors and the total scores of PSQI before and after operation in the experimental group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing care has the significant interventional effect on reducing sleeping disorders of the patients after abdominal surgery.
