推进产学研合作是一项十分复杂的系统工程,涉及国家创新系统各要素及其相互联系和作用,涉及科技、经济、社会的方方面面。其中,一个重要课题是如何建立利益分配机制在促进产学研合作中的作用。应结合我国现实国情,积极借鉴、吸取我国及发达国家的相关经验与教训,以进一步理清利益分配机制在推进产学研合作进程中的基本思路,完善有关政策措施,健全运行机制和组织模式。

The integration of industry, university and research institute is a complicated project, which deals with the factors of national innovation system, science and technology, economy and society. It＇ s important to establish a distri- bution mechanism of benefits promoting the integration of industry, university and research institute. In light of China＇ s basic conditions, it＇s necessary to learn from developed countries to clarify the idea, perfect the related policy and improve operational mechanism and organizational mode.
