复合电极发展迅速,应用广泛。为节约资源,回收废弃复合镀层中的金属元素,以镍- 钨- 碳化钨复合镀层为例,采用复合电沉积法制得镍- 钨- 碳化钨复合电极。研究了碳化钨微粒的共沉积量、温度及盐酸浓度对镍- 钨- 碳化钨复合电极在盐酸溶液中的阳极极化行为的影响,分析了阳极钝化的原因并确定了采用电化学溶解法回收镍- 钨- 碳化钨复合电极中的镍的工艺条件。
Composite electroplating is developing rapidly which has been widely used in industries. In view of the squandered metal in composite electrodeposits, for example, the squandered nickel in nickel-tungsten-tungsten carbide composite electrodeposits. Herein, nickel-tungsten-tungsten carbide composite electrode was prepared. The effect of the amount of codeposited tungsten carbide particles, temperature and concentration of hydrochloric acid on the anodic behavior of nickel-tungsten-tungsten carbide composite electrode in hydrochloric acid solutions was studied. The reason which caused anodic polarization of nickel-tungsten-tungsten carbide composite electrode was investigated, and operating conditions of recovering the squandered nickel in nickel-tungsten-tungsten carbide comoposite electrode have been optimized.
