摘要
线材连续镀锌工艺常用于钢丝的防腐处理。为解决传统工艺中所存在的镀层质量问题,研制出一种专用于线材硫酸盐镀锌的组合光亮剂。该光亮剂由主光亮剂、载体光亮剂和辅助光亮剂组成。通过赫尔槽试验,电流效率及阴极极化曲线的测量研究了该光亮剂的作用效果。结果表明:使用该光亮剂能提高镀液的电流效率,且在很宽的电流密度范围内获得光亮、耐蚀的锌镀层。
Continuous zinc plating has been used in steel wires for corrosion protection for its low cost and simple process. The purpose of the study was to improve properties of the traditional zinc electrodeposits. A combined brightener used for sulfate zinc electroplating on steel wire was developed which consisted of main brightener, carrying brightener and auxiliary brightener. The action of the combined brightener was studied by Hull Cell test, the determination of cathodic current efficiency and polarization curves. The results show that by using the brightener, current efficiency is improved and bright, corrosion resistant zinc deposits are obtained at a wide current density range.
