摘要
[目的]采用高锰酸钾氧化法,研究季铵盐类化合物度米芬作为一种相转移催化剂合成苯甲酸的催化性能。[方法]分析比较反应温度、催化剂用量、高锰酸钾与甲苯的用量,对相转移催化剂度米芬和苄基三乙基氯化铵(TEBA)制备苯甲酸的催化性能的影响。[结果]确定以度米芬作为相转移催化剂合成苯甲酸的最佳工艺条件为:高锰酸钾与甲苯的摩尔用量比为2.5:1.0,反应温度为90℃,反应时间可缩短至5h,收率达67.20%。[结论]通过对度米芬在苯甲酸合成中催化性能的研究,表明度米芬是一种新型的环境友好型相转移催化剂。
[Objective] The catalytic activity was tested by using domiphen bromide as a phase transfer catalyst to synthesize benzoic acid with KMnO4 oxidation treatment.[Method]The effects of reaction conditions such as the reaction time,the reaction temperature and the concentration of KMnO4 and methylbenzene on the yield of benzoic acid were discussed.[Result] The test results showed that the best molar ratio was 2.5:1.0,the best reaction temperature was 90 ℃.when domiphen bromode was used as a catalyst,the reaction time could be shortened to 5 h,and a highest yield can reach 67.20%.[Conclusion] It was found that domiphen bromide could be used as a new environment-friendly type of phase transfer catalyst through the synthesis of benzoic acid.
