摘要 [目的]为薇甘菊作为天然植物染料开发利用提供一定的理论依据。[方法]采用水提取法提取薇甘菊中的色素成分,应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对其化学成分进行鉴定,用峰面积归一化法测定各个化合物在水提取物中的相对百分含量。[结果]鉴定出116个峰中的59种化合物,占提取物总含量的95.34%,主要化合物为植物甾类(44.58%)、酯类(26.22%)、胺类(9.45%),另外,还含有杂环化合物(5.34%)和醚类化合物(4.87%)等。[结论]薇甘菊可以作为天然植物染料开发利用。 [Objective]The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Mkania micrantha H.B.K as natural plant dye.[Method]The pigment constituents were extracted from Mkania micrantha H.B.K by water and the chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS,and the percentage contents of composition were determined by peak area normalization method.[Results]The results showed that 116 peaks were separated and 59 peaks accounting for 95.34% of the total extraction were identified.The major constituents were plant steroids (44.58%),esters(26.22%),and amides (9.45%),in addition,heterocycle(5.34%) and ethers(4.87%) and so on.[Conclusion] Mkania micrantha H.B.K can be developed and utilized as natural plant dyes.
