膳食纤维文献资料的统计分析

Statistic Analysis on the Documents of Dietary Fiber in China

摘要 对CNKI数据库收录的膳食纤维文献资料进行了分类整理,从年度发表的文献量、所涉及的学科、膳食纤维类别等几个方面进行了归纳总结,以期寻找我国膳食纤维研究发展规律,为研究工作者提供借鉴和为科学决策者提供理论依据。 The literature data about dietary fiber adopted in CNKI database were classified and sorted.The total amount of documents,the scientific fields and sorts of dietary fiber in China were summarized,so as to find the development rule of DF research in China and provide reference for the researchers and theoretical basis for making scientific decisions.
