Recent Advance on Endophytes Produeing Antibacterial Active Substances

植物内生菌是一种新的巨大的微生物资源,其产生的抗菌活性物质具有潜在的应用价值。笔者对植物内生菌及其产生的抗菌物质的发展现状,植物内生真菌、内生细菌和内生放线菌抗菌物质的研究进展进行了综述,并讨论了植物内生菌抗菌物质的发展方向。

Endophyte is a great new microbial resources,the antibacterial properties production of which has potential application value.This paper reviewed the current development of endophyte and its antibacterial substances,describing the progress of endophytic fungi,endophytic bacteria and endophytic actinomycetes antimicrobial substances and discussed the direction of antibacterial substances developments.
