摘要
在酸性电镀锡铈合金溶液中，分析了稀土金属铈添加剂的氧化物对电镀工艺的影响，讨论了使用双氧水预先处理硫酸高铈使它化学还原成不具氧化性的硫酸铈或直接使用硫酸铈代替硫酸高铈的工艺改进方法。
Influences of oxidation of ceric additive on acidic tin-cerium alloy electroplating were discussed. It was suggested that ceric sulfate can be reduced by using hydrogen peroxide in advance or cerous sulfate be used as additive instead of ceric sulfate in tin-cerium plating solutions.
