摘要
[目的]设计转育方案,选育乌塌菜和京水菜核基因雄性不育系。[方法]以已知基因型的青梗小白菜核不育系08S02作测交系,与乌塌菜和京水菜可育品系杂交,对F1代雄蕊育性进行鉴定。[结果]F1代全部为可育株。[结论]乌塌菜和京水菜在核不育位点上的基因型均为纯合显性恢复基因型"MsfMsf"。
[Objective ]The aim was to design transfer scheme in breeding genetic male sterile lines of Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis var.Rosularis and Brassica juncea var.multisecta L.H.Bailey.[Method ] The known genotype male sterile line 08S02 of Chinese cabbage with green stipe was used as the test cross material to identify the fertility expression of progenies from crossing genetic male sterile line with the fertile lines.[Result] All the progenies were fertile.[Conclusion] The genotypes on genetic male sterile locus in Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis var.Rosularis and Brassica juncea var.multisecta L.H.Bailey were purified-dominant male restorer genotypes "MsfMsf".
