摘要
[目的]分析明日叶挥发油化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取明日叶挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术对其化学成分进行分析鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定各成分的相对百分含量。[结果]从明日叶挥发油中分离出120个成分,鉴定出其中28个化合物,占总峰面积的50.36%。[结论]该研究可为进一步开发利用明日叶提供科学依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to analyze chemical constituents of essential oil from Angelica keiskei Koidzumi.[Method]The essential oil from the fruits of Angelica keiskei Koidzumi was extracted by vapor distillation and the chemical constituents of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS and their contents were calculated by area normalization.[Result]120 compounds were separated from essential oil from Angelica keiskei Koidzumi,and 28 compounds of them were identified,which accounted for 50.36 %.[Conclusion]The study provided scientific basis for further exploration and utilization of Angelica keiskei Koidzumi.
