摘要
采用动静态浸渗法对腈纶厂处理腈纶废水后的失活硅藻土进行解吸研究。结果表明,当pH值为2和pH值为13时,动态渗滤对失活硅藻土中的金属离子(特别是Na+)有良好的解吸效果。各金属离子的解吸量为Zn2+<Fe2+<Al3+<Mg2+<Ca2+<Na+,当溶液在pH值13时,Zn2+、Fe2+、Al3+的解吸量大于pH值2时的解吸量,其中以Al3+尤为明显。和动态渗滤相比,静态浸出对失活硅藻土中SO2-解吸效果比较明显。通过浸渗处理,硅藻土吸附活性得以较好恢复。
The desorption has been conducted to the inactivated diatomite in acrylic fiber wastewater treatment in acrylic fiber plant by using dynamic-static infiltration method.The results showed that the percolation method was suitable for desorption of metal ion (especially Na+) under the conditions of pH=2 and pH=13.The desorption volume of each metal ion was as follows:Zn2+Fe2+Al3+Mg2+Ca2+Na+.Under the conditions of pH=13,the desorption volumes of Zn2+,Fe2+,Al3+ were much more than that under the conditions of pH=2.Compared with the dynamic percolation method,the static infiltration method was more suitable for desorption of SO42-.Processed by the method of percolation and infiltration,the adsorption activity of saturated diatomite recovered better.
