葡萄皮渣的沼气发酵潜力研究 被引量:15

摘要 [目的]为合理利用造酒工业的有机废弃物提供依据。[方法]以沼气发酵后的厌氧活性污泥为接种物,测定了葡萄干皮渣和湿皮渣发酵前后的总固体(TS)含量、挥发性固体(VS)含量、pH值和产气量。[结果]以干皮渣和湿皮渣为原料发酵第2天即产生沼气,干皮渣在15d和湿皮渣在20d后产生的沼气不能持续燃烧,甲烷含量较低。干皮渣和湿皮渣发酵至15d时的产气量均占总产气量的80%以上,湿皮渣的累积产气量大于干皮渣。前10d干皮渣的产气速率高于湿皮渣,后期则相反。干皮渣的TS利用率为12.61%,VS利用率为2.26%。湿皮渣的TS利用率为5.61%,VS利用率为3.97%。[结论]葡萄干皮渣的沼气发酵潜力为230ml/g(TS)、180ml/g(VS),湿皮渣的沼气发酵潜力为1510ml/g(TS)、150ml/g(VS)。 [Objective] The study was to provide the basis for reasonable utilization of the organic waste from alcoholic drinks industry.[Method]The anaerobic activated sludge after biogas fermentation was taken as the inoculums.The TS,VS,pH value and biogas production of dry skin residue and wet skin residue of wine grape before and after fermentation were determined.[Results] With dry skin residue and wet skin residue as raw fermentation materials,the biogas was produced at the second day of fermentation.The biogas produced after 15 d of fermentation of dry skin residue and after 20 d of fermentation of wet skin residue could not sostenuto burning and the methane content was low.The biogas production of dry skin residue and wet skin residue accounted for more than 80% of total biogas production when they were fermented for 15 d.The accumulated biogas production of wet skin residue was more than that of dry skin residue.The biogas production rate of dry skin residue was higher than that of wet skin residue in the first 10 days,which was contrary at the late stage.The TS utilization rate of dry skin residue was12.61% and its VS utilization rate was 2.26%.The TS utilization rate of wet skin residue was 5.61% and its VS utilization rate was 3.97%.[Conclusion] The biogas fermentation potential of dry skin residue of wine grape were 230 ml/g(TS) and 180 ml/g(VS),and those of wet skin residue were 1 510 ml/g(TS) and 150 ml/g(VS).
