摘要 通过正交设计和均匀设计优化复合蔬菜汁发酵饮料配方试验的实例,比较了2种设计法试验的结果,得出均匀设计法更适合复合蔬菜汁发酵饮料配方的优化。 By the uniform design and the orthogonal design,the formula of the fermented beverage of mixed vegetable juice was optimized.The test results of two design methods were compared.And the results showed that the uniform design method was more suitable for the optimization of the fermented beverage of mixed vegetable juice.
