BL-阻燃剂处理后杨木单板变色规律的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用BL-阻燃剂溶液浸渍处理杨木单板,通过改变浸渍温度、浓度、时间和干燥温度、含水率等工艺因素,分析阻燃材变色的原因以及影响因素。结果表明,阻燃处理后杨木单板颜色变黄,变深;磷酸与木质素发生缩聚反应是变色的主要原因。单板颜色和氧指数受阻燃处理液浓度影响较大,处理温度和处理时间影响较小。含水率和干燥温度对阻燃材变色有一定影响,含水率越低单板变色越明显,含水率高于4%时,干燥温度对变色影响较小;含水率低于4%时,干燥温度越高,变色越严重。 Poplar veneer was treated with BL-flame retardant solution under different immersion temperature,concentration,time,drying temperature,moisture content and other technological factors and the causes and influencing factors of flame retardant material discoloration were analyzed.The results showed that the color of flame-retardant treated poplar veneer turned yellow and deeper.This was main cause of polycondensation reaction between phosphoric acid and lignin.The concentration of the solution had greater impacts on the veneer color and oxygen index while solution temperature and processing time have minor impact.The moisture content and drying temperature on the flame retardant material discoloration had a certain influences.The lower the target moisture content was,the more severe the discoloration was.Drying temperature had minor impact on discoloration while moisture content was above 4%.The impact got larger with the increase of drying temperature while moisture content was below 4%.
