摘要
为了破解我国县域治水治气、宜居宜游、清洁发展难题,采用环境经济评价综合法与比较法,剖析了近年生态农业发展处于相对低潮、驱动乏力的深层原因;并以稻糠清洁高值化利用技术项目为案例,首次提出并界定了"低碳高值农业"及其辅助概念"流体环境系统"与"城乡4维污染";通过案例分析,建立了该模式的概念体系与技术体系基础;最后论述了该模式的构建、分析与应用以及研究结论。
In order to solve the county problems of water and air pollution,suitable for living and traveling and clean development,took profound reasons of ecological agriculture development in a relatively low and weak with the environmental economic evaluation synthesis and comparison methods.And orders high and clean the use of technology projects for the fate and that first suggested and define the "low-carbon high-value of agriculture"and its auxiliary concept of"fluid environmental systems"and"urban and rural four-dimensional pollution".Through case studies,the foundation of the concept system and technology infrastructure system were established.Finally,the model building,the analysis and application and research conclusion were discussed.
