南宁市土地利用时空演变特征分析

Analysis of the Temporal and Spatial Evolution Characters of Land-use in Nanning City

根据南宁市1996～2007年土地利用变更调查基础数据,运用土地利用动态度、空间洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数等方法和模型,全面分析南宁市过去11年间土地利用的时空演化过程,揭示其演变特征。结果表明,时间演变特征表现为交通改善、人口集聚、产业成长和农业结构调整等因素驱动下的部分地类演变剧烈,总体相对平缓的变化过程;空间布局变化体现为园地、居民点及工矿用地、牧草地和未利用地的分布向少数区(县)集中,林地分布走向相对均匀,其他地类空间布局的演变趋势不明显。

Based on the basic data of the changes of land-use in Nanning from 1996 to 2007,using dynamic degree of land-use,spatial Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient,the process of the temporal and spatial changes of land use in Nanning during the last 11 years were systematically analyzed.And the changes characters were revealed.The results were as follows：the characters of the temporal change turned out that the land type changed steadily as a whole,although some land types driven by traffic improvement,population aggregation,industrial growth,agricultural structure adjustment and other factors had radical alteration.The characters of the spatial changes showed that garden-plot,land for residential area and mining,grassland and unused land majorly distributed in the few districts.The forest land was relatively well-distributed and the changes of other land types were not obvious.
