The main problems and shortages of RS information technique course that teach in agriculture college and school were expounded,the advantages of student self-exploration learning and advantages of student using web site learning were discussed,detail contents of web site,main problems and solve methods when design web site were introduced,the effects and significations of web site to students and teachers were analyzed.
