Research Advances on the Protocorm Liquid Suspension Culture of Dendrobium candidum

铁皮石斛是我国传统的名贵中药,具有很高的药用价值。为了解决铁皮石斛组织培养中存在的组培苗生产成本高、移栽苗成活率低等问题,铁皮石斛原球茎悬浮培养的研究日益增多。从影响原球茎增殖和石斛多糖积累的因素及石斛多糖药理研究等方面阐述了关于铁皮石斛原球茎悬浮培养的研究概况。

Dendrobium candidum is the valuable traditional Chinese medicine and it has very high medicinal value.In order to resolve the existing problems on the high production cost of plantlets,low success ratio of transplanting seedlings in tissue culture,the protocorm liquid suspension culture of Dendrobium candidum was widely studied.The research situations of protocorm-like body（PLBs）suspension culture of Dendrobium candidum were discussed from the influence factors of the protocorm multiplication and polysaccharide accumulation in Dendrobium candidum and the pharmacological study of polysaccharide in Dendrobium candidum.
