摘要
[目的]为槭属植物的分类与利用提供科学依据。[方法]利用ISSR标记对长白山地区9种主要槭属植物进行遗传多样性分析。[结果]从58条引物中筛选出37条,用于东北地区槭属植物的ISSR分析,共扩增出632条带,其中多态性带604条,多态性为95.57%。将9份材料分为4类:第1类包括白牛槭、拧筋槭;第2类包括花楷槭、簇毛槭;第3类包括糖槭、色木槭、元宝槭;第4类包括茶条槭、假色槭。[结论]长白山地区主要槭属植物ISSR标记结果与叶片形态学有一定的相似性,但多数试材的亲缘关系与形态特征关系不大。
[Objective] The aim was to provide the scientific basis for Acer Linn 's classification and the resources utilization.[Method] Nine major Acer Linn.in Changbai Mountain area of China were used as materials for analyzing their genome polymorphism by ISSR marker.[Result] 37 pimers selected from 58 primer were used for ISSR amplification.A total of 632 bands were generated,of which 604 bands were polymorphic bands(the percentage of polymorphic band,PPB=95.57%).the 9 Acer Linn.were divided into 4 groups.the first group contented A.mandshuricum Maxim.and A.triflorum kom;The second group contented A.ukurunduense Trautv.et Mey.and A.barbinerve Maxim.;The third group contented A.Negundo Linn.,A.mono Maxim.and A.truncatum Bunge.The fourth group contented A.ginnala Maxim.and A.pseudo-sieboldianum(Pax)Kom.[Conclusion] From the clustering result,The classification system of Acer Linn.in Changbai Mountain based on leves had a little significant correlation,there was no obvious difference in Acer Linn.among the clustering result.
