摘要 [目的]采用高效液相色谱法建立朝鲜蓟叶提取物的指纹图谱。[方法]以体积分数为70%的乙醇作为提取剂,采用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250.0mm,5μm),乙腈-0.5%乙酸-水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为330nm。[结果]14批样品经中药指纹图谱评价软件分析,确定了15个共有峰,建立了共有模式。[结论]该方法建立的指纹图谱为朝鲜蓟叶深加工的质量控制奠定了基础。 [Objective]To establish the HPLC fingerprint of artichoke(Cynara scolymus L.)leaves extracts.[Method]The artichoke leaves was extracted with 70% ethanol(V/V)and analyzed with HPLC,and the chromatographic condition were as follows:C18 column(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm),mobile phases of acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid and detection wavelength of 330 nm.[Result]Fourteen bacthes of the extracts were analyzed by Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation software,and 15 peaks were identified as fingerprint.The common mode of artichoke leaves extracts was preliminary established.[Conclusion]The fingerprint established by this method will provide basic data for the quality control of artichoke leaves.
